Usually, comic movies are way far from the original versions (not in a good way), but this is a time when the stereotype breaks.. and I mean it.. WW1984 is not just a comic movie but it somehow touches the reality too. To put it in a right way, this is where the real-life issues are brought up in movie - the comic one. It might cause some controversy, since the heros vs villains is the main content of every comic movie, this time was no any difference but it was more complex, more mature and in an association with the natural human desires - in this case - Wish.
Cast&Crew has done amazing job. They have been performing naturally all-movie-long and I couldn't see any of the set-up "play" while the runtime.
Nevertheless, I totally loved the coherence and cohesion of the content, I'd have wanted to see a very few things differently. Due to spoilers, I can't write any other than that.
Addition to this, in some scenes, I felt deja-vu and been like I knew where it was going to. Those who seen the movie, would guess that Spider-Man (by Sam Raim) and Superman Returns (with Brandon Ruth) ware the ones I mean..
I have been skeptical about DCU (just like any other MCU fan) at first, but last movies are really good and beyond expectations, which makes me extremely happy.
Gal Gadot with her Hebrew accent and wonderful performance has proven that she is one the rising stars of today's movie world. Loved her in any scene. Love her on and off screen.
Special effects and scene adaptation is not something that I could miss to notice. I'd want to see more, since the movie itself gives lots of potentials for it.
This is probably the second comic movie that I've seen in 2020 and definitely worth waiting a whole straight year for.
Dictatorship and greediness with it's negativity, as a humankind tragedy is beautiful destroyed in a movie and seeing it from another perspective was really interesting.
Female-leading hero movie, again highlights all the issues that women have even in today's world: harassment, violence and disrespect. Movie is another reminder of the strength of a woman power and yes, it is wonderful.
This movie includes really good moto and goodness propaganda, which is not too boring banality.
To wrap up: I'd give this movie 10/10 for everything, it was a pleasure and during watching it I have not checked the time or wanted to skip the tape (Which sadly happened on Captain Marvel) ..
