Predator: Badlands 4K 2025 Ultra HD 2160p
A young Predator, exiled from his clan, travels to the planet Genn to hunt down his trophy—a ferocious animal known as the Kaliski. There he discovers synthetic robots from the Weyland-Yutani corporation, who have come to the planet for the same creature, which interests Earthlings because of its unique regenerative abilities.

If anyone manages to do this, please edit the “review” section of the movie card. First, the deadly planet is called Genn. Second, Kalisks are the most dangerous, formidable, and powerful predators on this planet, which the young Yautja naively wants to defeat. Third, the cute warrior unexpectedly encounters not a girl on the planet, but another synthetic creature made popular by the mediocre TV series Alien: Earth. Everyone has seen the trailer! How the hunk lifts up the bright chick, and she is completely missing the lower half of her body. Now think about what kind of human girl could survive such an injury, did she apply plantain?! Giggles and laughs, but let's not be misleading.
Otherwise, Predator: Badlands turned out to be quite a sight. It doesn't happen right away, but if you get into the plot about a young warrior who needs to prove, first and foremost to himself, that he is worthy of the title of Predator Number One, then everything else will go smoothly. The ending shouldn't disappoint you, because there's a decent amount of carnage in store. As a true troublemaker, a fanged, dreadlocked kid named Dek will show what he's capable of. We won't describe exactly what he does and what tricks he pulls. Watch the film later, and you may not be disappointed. The cool Dan-whose-name-should-not-be-mentioned goes all out, there's no doubt about that.
We think that for the first time since 2005's King Kong and 2017's Kong: Skull Island" in 2017, we have seen a wide variety of dangerous, terrifying, and deadly creatures on screen. Of course, they are computer-generated with powerful hardware, but the creatures are charming and attractive in their own way. Both the fauna and flora, despite the blazing sun, never sleep and are always ready to stick their thorns, stems, blades of grass, tentacles, and fangs into someone's living flesh. Although it is a wasteland, the surrounding space is well thought out so that viewers don't get bored, plus it was necessary to distract from the protagonist's face, for which no suitable mask could be found. Against this backdrop, the xenomorph...
A cute little guy, albeit with an elongated skull and an indecent tongue. In short, we were probably more impressed than others by a certain Lunar Bug, who loves trees and delicious food. The main boss on the planet Genn won't be hidden for long. He has such an amazing ability that it's easy to understand why Kalis is considered a king and god everywhere. Defeat him and you will become the most respected hunter of the century. The battle with the alpha, which is briefly shown in the trailer, is staged well and tastefully. There are fewer obvious cuts, some slow motion, and a couple of spectacular shots. In general, such a fantastic action movie was prepared by Dan-whose-name-is-not-worth-mentioning, oh, we are happy for you.
At the same time, the synthetic (or synthetic) Tia was somewhat annoying the whole way through.
Of course, she had to embody humor in order to coolly defuse the overly tense atmosphere, but personally, I certainly wouldn't mind seeing two silent partners forced to work together. Look, an emotionless android and a ferocious Yautja. Samurai. A clear agreement. No hostages. No mercy. Common interests. Brief, silent, and harsh. Night. And these synthetics strive to be like humans in their speech, humor, and facial expressions. It's better to develop them further in the series; there's no need to cram them into the movies! On the other hand, the couple turned out to be quite pleasant.
In the end, this is a solid movie about the Predator, which doesn't take place on the boring Earth. The first two movies were great, no doubt about it. But we have to admit that there are still no worthy opponents for the Yautja on the blue planet. Schwarzenegger was a superstar back then, so the writers cleverly put an owl on the globe. But in Badlands, you can really feel the high bar that the young exile will find difficult to reach because of his truly equal enemies. Yes, the plot is far from original, predictable, and drawn out. But what a spectacular and inspiring drive! And the music! The wonderful Benjamin Wallfisch and a certain Sarah Schachner caressed the ears and soul.
