The Mask is a film made in 1994. It is still considered one of the best comedies ever made. A good cast, an unusual plot for its time, lots of humor, a decent soundtrack, cool special effects, and the beautiful Cameron Diaz - these are the ingredients of The Mask's success.

But first things first. A mysterious mask found by loser Stanley Ipkiss changes his whole life. Now he is a hero, he has a lot of money, and his only dream is Tina Carlyle. But here's the problem: Tina has a boyfriend, and he's a gangster, a bad guy... And that's where it all begins...

Jim Carrey had never had such a prominent role before The Mask. The role of Ipkiss revealed his unique talent to the whole world. His character in the film is very colorful, his jokes are incomparable... Funny special effects add humor to the picture.

Cameron Diaz made a wonderful debut. Only the lazy didn't dream about her back then. She remains one of the world's leading sex symbols to this day. I think many people remember her dance with The Mask in the film.

The soundtrack is not bad. Every melody is painfully familiar, and the song “Hey, Pachuco!” is still played on television.

Conclusion: a mixture of good ingredients is always good, because almost everything in the film is perfect. I recommend it to everyone.
