Scream of the Banshee 2011

The University of California receives an anonymous package containing a valuable artifact—a 12th-century knight’s gauntlet. While taking it to the storage room, the students accidentally discover another artifact from that era—an iron box secured with an ingenious lock. Realizing that the gauntlet fits like a key, the students open the box and find inside the well-preserved head of some toothy creature. Long ago, someone hid a dangerous secret from humanity, but human curiosity has once again set evil free.
