User Review

It is hardly worth assessing the artistic component or cultural value of this movie. It is an absolutely hopeless endeavor - 99.9% of films made to date do not have them. And criticism, in my opinion, is a rather idle occupation. Therefore, I will express my purely subjective opinion.

Yes, on the one hand, with a relatively good idea, the realization failed. But on the other hand, I personally appreciate American cinematography of 80s-early 90s, contrary to logic, not for its content, but for its forms (magnetic tape, man-made special effects, frame-by-frame shooting and, of course, musical accompaniment).

Quite an original idea, especially interesting is the scene of agony of a man dying of poison, and absolutely marvelous soundtrack that fits 100% into the video.

Yes, there are clearly more minuses in the movie than pluses. Yes, not the highest budget (with all the ensuing consequences), the crumpled plot, at the end of the movie goes into a complete thrash, killed almost all the characters, including all the blacks, the girl molds a pile of g...na the same pile of g...na (in America it is called 'creativity'), etc. etc. etc. And the average viewer is unlikely to make it to the end. But...

I, as a fan of horror, robot movies and such ugliness that was going on at the time, liked the movie!
