Tetsuo: The Iron Man 1989

A techno-fetishist tries to lengthen his leg by inserting a 30-centimeter-long tube into it. He removes the bandages from his leg—his DIY surgery has failed. Meanwhile, a businessman is driving in his car, and their paths cross as a result of a car accident. This marks the beginning of the end for the businessman, who will now slowly begin to turn into a pile of scrap metal.
