Anaconda 4K 1997 Ultra HD 2160p
A scientist and a female photographer travel to the remote Amazon to find the mysterious tribe of “fog people,” whom someone once saw, but no one has any proof of their existence. On the way, they rescue a man (Jon Voight) from a wrecked boat, which later causes major trouble. He turns out to be a snake hunter and forces them to change course and take them to the place where the world's largest snake lives...
User Review
So, snakes: slithering and hissing, poisonous and, even if they're not poisonous, it won't make you feel any better, small and quite grown up on chemical waste buried nearby... How often have they been the heroes of horror movies? Too many times to count. In Anaconda, the giant creature from the film's title is the main character, or rather, the villain...
Did this large-scale attack on the reptile subgenre make the film worse? Strangely enough, no, because unlike its genre counterparts, this project has something to boast about.
First and foremost, it boasts an impressive cast. Who would have thought that an anaconda could attract so many star names and pretty faces... I've never been particularly fond of Jennifer Lopez, but I can't ignore her star status as a singer and actress, especially considering that she plays the leading female role here, and especially considering that of all her film roles, I really liked this one.
Even more female sexuality is added by the beautiful Carrie Wurer, who often appears in horror films, which, as a fan of the genre and just as a guy, I can't help but enjoy.
Add John Voight, Ice Cube, Owen Wilson, and Danny Trejo, and you get a real red carpet in the middle of the Amazon jungle...
I also can't help but mention the giant anaconda—I don't know how much bigger or smaller it is than snakes in other films (I didn't have a chance to measure it), but from a technical standpoint, it's not perfect, but there are no serious complaints.
All that remains is to add an interesting plot and transfer all this treasure to the beautiful surroundings of the real jungle, not forgetting to scare, wet, and fray the nerves of the film's heroes.
