The Bear 1988

Amid the beautiful and majestic landscapes of British Columbia, a touching story unfolded about a bear cub who had lost his mother and was left to fend for himself, while two hunters continued to scour the forest in search of prey. Fate brings the orphaned cub and a huge, wounded bear together. Their relationship is far from easy, but the hunters with their guns and vicious dogs prove to be far more terrifying. A clash between humans and animals is inevitable. And the viewer finds themselves “in the bear’s skin,” observing the people from the protagonist’s perspective.
