Mousehunt 4K 1997 Ultra HD 2160p
Two brothers inherit a thread factory and an old country mansion from their very elderly father. Some money was offered for the factory (probably from the last century), but one of the brothers refused to sell it, after which his wife immediately left him. The house was built by a famous architect, and there were so many buyers that the brothers decided to hold an auction. Everything would have been fine, but an extremely cunning mouse was discovered in the building, possessing abilities that led to the conclusion that it was intelligent. The brothers declared war on the little rodent, which lasts almost the entire screen time. One can only marvel at the imagination of the authors: what means were used to destroy the enemy! Even the super-specialist (Woken) ended up in the hospital.
User Review
I saw it several times when I was little, and the film made such an impression on me...
The mouse becomes a fighter against humans for its home, and it does it well!
The humor with which the brothers try to catch the rodent seems dark, but at the same time, there is a kind of goodness that comes from the film. Maybe because of the happy ending? I don't know. It's good when a film makes you think! If you haven't seen it yet, watch it with your whole family. This is a film from my childhood...
