Sam Raimi is a great director after all...! He shoots so many different pictures and does them, in most cases, very well. The movie Simple Plan is no exception. I was drawn into watching it at once, so harmonious is the picture, the actors' play, the music and even the Russian translation.

It is a psychological thriller, exactly psychological, because there is more talk than constant action. But how the character of the actors is revealed, what dialogues.... Thornton perfectly, in principle as always, coped with the role of an older brother, a man without a family, without a future, but with a big heart. Very charismatic role. Paxton - family man, father, but a very weak, constantly unsure of the perfect actions of a man. Briscoe is a decent friend role, great type.

Plus, everything takes place in the American countryside in winter, beautiful nature, melancholic mood...

If you get a chance to watch this movie - definitely do it!
