Alison, a Belgian woman, arrives at a plastic surgery clinic somewhere in Eastern Europe, accompanied by her mother—a big fan of enhancing her own appearance—and her dim-witted boyfriend, Mikael. The clinic is rife with disregard for medical ethics and hygiene, and secret stem cell experiments are being conducted there. Much to the dismay of her loved ones and the astonishment of the staff, Alison wants to reduce her breast size from a G to a B, and while she is being prepared for surgery, Mikael finds and accidentally frees a strange woman tied to a stretcher who clearly intends to feast on human flesh.
