Storyline
After returning from a wedding reception, a couple staying in an isolated vacation house receive a knock on the door in the mid-hours of the night. What ensues is a violent invasion by three strangers, their faces hidden behind masks. The couple find themselves in a violent struggle, in which they go beyond what either of them thought capable in order to survive.

Although this part was filmed without Tobe Hooper and Steven Spielberg, in my opinion, the second part is better than the first. Here, the degree of saspensis is raised and the movie is darker. I consider this a plus rather than a minus.
The actors are the same, but here they play more vividly and convincingly. A little bit of the plot does not coincide with the first movie, but the screenwriters managed to both unite the plot and make a convincing sequel. And so the movie looks good as an independent movie.
Nevertheless, the tape is considered cursed. Because after filming was killed actress Dominique Dunne. And after the premiere of the second sequel died of cardiac arrest twelve-year-old actress Heather Oruk, who starred in all three films.
