Storyline
Pinocchio 964, lobotomised cyborg sex slave, is thrown out onto the street by his owners because of his inability to maintain an erection. He is befriended by a criminally insane, memory-wiped, homeless girl. Meanwhile, the corporate entity who manufactured and sold him plots to kill him because of his malfunction.

Who or what are you? You're a sex cyborg. Your convulsive shell is besieged by lustful customers, you are drowning in the sweaty, greasy folds of their skin. You want to scream, but you only exhale a pathetic, downcast moan. You're useless - you can't maintain an erection. You're thrown out onto the street.

Hungry and cold, with a crest on your bare head, you stagger jerkily down the street until you are picked up by a crazy girl with amnesia - the girl who taught you how to say the word 'Pinocchio.' I'm not sure you can trust her one hundred percent, but you, number 964, have no choice. Your creators are looking for you to be sent to the electroovians, i.e. recycled.

964 Pinocchio is a Japanese cyber-psychosis at a schizoid perceptual speed where there is no logic or sense. There is only madness, the unrelenting conflagration of which leaves behind a scorched forest of neurons that are no longer destined to regenerate. Nothing in the Pinocchio universe is subject to common sense.

The characters of the picture are neurosis and epilepsy per square centimeter. Their inadequate actions sometimes simply cannot be explained. And in combination with industrial surrealism you just give up and give your brains to the ear-splitting cries of the heroes and the fantasy of Shojin Fukui. The head of a sinister corporation, a schizophrenic, autistic cyborg, a trio of cowardly clerks - isn't it a marvel? It's worth a look, though I don't guarantee your gray matter will have the courage to go back in your box.

Pinocchio 964 is worth watching only for fans of questionable experiments. For the rest of us, I recommend staying in the matrix.
