Freaked 4K 1993 Ultra HD 2160p
Two young men, picking up a young girl along the way, arrive at the estate of the mad scientist Dr. Freek Land to get acquainted with the life of the local freaks. The doctor gives them a chance to taste this life to the fullest and... turns the trio of young people into monsters. In two monsters. Kogan, the chief “tester,” becomes a monster with a half-disfigured face, and his two peers are transformed into Siamese twins: they share the lower half of their bodies, but above the waist they split into two. Oh, how the guys didn't like it.

Pure trash. What else can you say? I've never seen anything more idiotic. It can be described in three words: incomprehensible script; stupid special effects; cheap film. Even though it's trash, I'm immediately dismissing it from the exploitation film genre—you can't make money or gain fame with such a masterpiece. This film is often compared in style to Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure. In my opinion, the latter is more or less digestible than Freaks. I can't understand what brought Keanu Reeves and Brooke Shields to this film, what brought them all there in the first place?
And yet, even this idiocy has its advantages. You can't forbid people from watching this film, just as you can't say that it's a must-see. Personally, I found a couple of funny moments that weren't dark humor or dirty, but just plain funny, which I enjoyed. If you watch closely, you can see some satire here and there. You could dig deeper and try to find a moral here, like, freaks (whatever context the word is used in, in this case, physical deformity) are also living beings, not devoid of feelings, etc. But probably not. This isn't that kind of movie. If you decide to watch it, it's better to get the most interesting out of the film. It occurred to me that the only thing missing from this hodgepodge for “complete happiness” is popcorn.
Overall, the film is funny, but only for a select few.
