Don't LikeRock Keats and Archie Moses are best friends. A year ago, Moses, a petty thief and con artist, brought Keats “into the business.” Since then, they’ve been inseparable and have committed a string of petty crimes together. Everything changes when the friends find themselves caught up in a large-scale operation run by drug lord Frank Colton.
Rock Keats actually turns out to be a police agent; his real name is Jack Carter. As an undercover cop, Carter fails to arrest Colton, the mastermind behind the operation, so he tries to arrest his friend Moses. Moses shoots Carter and flees the scene of the crime. Soon, the police catch up with Moses.
He agrees to testify against the drug lord Colton on one condition: his former friend Keats—Carter—must escort him to the court hearing. Soon, the friends meet again and set off together on a dangerous journey. Will they survive? Will their friendship survive?

It’s a very funny movie, but I doubt it would have been nearly as successful without Adam Sandler. The film is about the friendship between two grown men—even if one of them is a cop who’s gone undercover in a dangerous gang to arrest the other. And what’s so bad about that?
The actors delivered top-notch performances. Adam Sandler’s performance, you could say, made this movie. Just take his line “Disneyland,” delivered with a dazed look on his face—it’s priceless. The other lead also did a great job, and—crucially—he managed to capture exactly what his character required. All the other characters were portrayed very well, too.
The plot is very interesting, packed with countless side-splittingly funny moments and lines—all you have to do is sit on the couch, open a bag of chips, and enjoy. Nevertheless, in addition to the comedic situations, the film tackles very serious themes, such as betrayal and friendship.
The movie also ends in a very interesting way. So there’s a lesson to be learned from this film as well.
The music, locations, and sets all come together to create a pleasant atmosphere that completely immerses you in the movie.
