Something terrible is happening off the coast of Block Island. A strange force is affecting residents and wildlife alike. Birds are falling from the sky. Some people are falling into inexplicable depression. Harry Lynch has always been a bit of an outsider in town. Now he watches in horror as his father becomes increasingly forgetful and confused. A little bit of mysticism from Kevin McManus. Why a little? Because, boring, sluggish and just a little bit, oddly enough. The action centers around a mysterious island where there are unexplained deaths of a number of water and air dwellers, fish and birds respectively. It is worth noting that the concern with this issue is rather superficial. And the questions of concerned citizens get answers that are just enough and it doesn't matter whether they are correct or not. However, when it comes to your loved one, the situation changes dramatically. And I'm not talking about an old school friend or a girl you once liked, but about a person so close that you live any loss as your own, and share good news with him first. So it is here, strong kinship love works wonders and pushes you to fearless deeds to the point of “delirium”. Mild mental confusion, increasing day by day, for others and the subject himself may seem to be only a symptom of beer passion. Well, if so... It is unlikely that the answer “alien games” will calm down a doctor, a nurse or even a little girl whose consciousness is still in the process of formation.

More than 90% of the duration of the movie the viewer arrives in oblivion and prostration, and he does it together with the actors. Probably, the author was carefully building up the atmosphere before the long-awaited intrigue and “wow” effect. Speaking for myself - the trick didn't work. Moreover, I experienced mild disappointment.
