When the movie was in theaters and there was a big advertising campaign going on, I didn’t go see it. I figured it was just another dumb Hollywood flick with Adam Sandler in his usual tacky role, and it seemed like a pretty obvious rip-off of *Bruce Almighty*.

But today I had nothing else to do, and for some reason I’d read a bunch of good reviews about this movie. That surprised me a bit, so I decided to give it a try after all, without really expecting much.
Imagine my surprise when, beneath the surface of the countless jokes (I should note that some of them did make me laugh), I discovered a deeply moving human drama. This isn’t a movie about a remote control; it isn’t just another run-of-the-mill teen comedy. It’s a stunning film about Love. About love for family, for friends, for pets, after all… Even for an old blue clunker. That’s what a massive BOMB of love this is in a film that doesn’t seem all that “far-fetched” at first glance.

If you happen to miss a single scene, you can just keep “fast-forwarding” through similar ones on autopilot. And before you know it... you’ll have fast-forwarded through the whole film. Love your life—don’t miss a thing, not a single moment! Enjoy everything it offers you—or rather, everything YOU YOURSELF choose to experience!
