Kill List 4K 2011 Ultra HD 2160p
Jay, a former soldier and now a mercenary with PTSD, and his partner Gal are offered a job: they have to go through a list and kill the people on it. The heroes don't know who hired them or why they are doing what they are doing, but they will try to find out at their own peril. The director loves to make dark, surreal films. And The Killing List is perhaps his most terrifying work. The film keeps both the audience and the characters in nightmarish ignorance: for a while, no one understands why blood is being spilled on screen, which only makes the naturalistic violence even more frightening. In a sense, the ending puts everything in its place. And it is very difficult to predict.
User Review
A low-budget but relatively good thriller that turns into psychological horror. The picture is cheap. The actors perform well. The atmosphere is good, with growing suspense. The plot is simple and straightforward. The ending is too muddled, so much so that it leaves you more confused than scared.
Plot. Two hitmen are on their way to a job, the client is a creepy old man. One of the hitmen has obvious psychological problems, apparently from some past events, and seems like he might snap. At first, everything goes smoothly for the hitmen, but then problems arise. The situation spirals out of control and something mystical begins to happen. Although nothing really makes sense. In the end, everything is consumed by madness and violence.
It's probably not necessary to watch it, although there are some interesting things to see.
