A Nightmare on Elm Street: The Dream Child 4K 1989 Ultra HD 2160p
The indestructible child killer, who even declares himself Super Freddy in the fifth installment, manages to be reborn in a child in its mother's womb. The only chance to save the child is to find the unburied corpse of Amanda Krueger, the nun who gave birth to such a monster as Freddy, in order to destroy it.
This fantastic and enchanting film, with its incredible transformations achieved through complex makeup, visual effects, and computer graphics, was once again a huge hit with audiences.

It was in this poetic translation that I watched Nightmare on Elm Street. I watched it with admiration, enjoying every moment. I consider it a classic horror film. Frankly speaking, I disagree that this film is inferior to the other parts.
The only major drawback, already mentioned by one of the viewers, is the idea of Krueger's birth as a vile creature, completely unlike a baby or even a human being. This contradicts the whole story of Freddy. Even in the next sixth part, it is shown that Freddy is quite normal in appearance. His psyche is more complicated, but his face and body are not as disfigured as we were shown in this film, which is number 5 in the series.
I really liked the content of the film. Note that there are more murders. Only three, but the writers worked hard on them. As a horror movie viewer, I am more impressed by this approach. You can feel Freddy's power in it. Let's recall the third part. Freddy's imagination is rather poor there. The guy he turned into a puppet and the former drug addict are the more or less interesting murders in terms of execution. The boy in a wheelchair was killed in a very primitive way. Freddy lifted him up and stabbed him with blades. That's it. The fact that the wheelchair rolled away and Freddy was defeated by magic does not make this murder unique at all. It's as if the writers came up with it on the fly and didn't bother to think about it too much. The same goes for the girl stuck in the TV. Boom, and that's it.
The fifth part is a different story. Each death is a whole little story. A painful trip, a disgusting dinner, the fascinating world of comics - all this looks much brighter and more exciting than the quick murders in the previous films. And the plot didn't disappoint either.
