Hostel: Part II 4K 2007 Director's Cut Ultra HD 2160p

A story about three young American women who went to Italy for a summer study program. The central premise of the sequel is that the hostel in Slovakia was just one part of a larger organization dedicated to luring and killing tourists.

User Review

I was left with mixed feelings after watching the movie. On the one hand, it seemed like an interesting concept with a sense of mounting fear, BUT on the other hand, it was a cheap production by the ENTIRE creative team, with a poorly thought-out plot and awful actresses whom you can’t help but dislike. On the contrary, many were glad when one of the heroines (the one with the squint!) was killed off so she wouldn’t be an eyesore, and you don’t really feel much sympathy for the other girls either.

As for the quality of the cinematography… Is this supposed to be cinema, or did I miss something? The final scene with the “rubber” head is just pure trash. Apparently, Mr. Roth hasn’t moved on from *Grindhouse* yet and continues to use the same old tricks to save on the budget. It’s just unfair to the audience.
